Although we have over 35 years practical on going experience in our areas of expertise, we are first and foremost practioners in business skill coaching - something we have been doing since 1986.

This means course participants are not simply receiving information (we might as well send you an e-mail) but are fully involved in considering all possible opportunities to improve the business skills (and profitabilty) of the business. We may be professional marketers and sales people but we know how to get the message across in an engaging way that is not intimidating and intrusive. We are quality assured by the Yorkshire & Humber brokerage service  for the supply of high quality business coaching, training and mentoring to Business Link and other business support agencies. 

There is a 2-stage process to qualify as a business training provider.This includes having the necessary professional qualifications in the taught subject as well as having professional indemntify insurance to a minimum value of £250,000. There is also a stringent approval process based on previous client experiences to complete before being sanctioned as an approved Business Link supplier. 


We are also able to access (subject to eligibility) any external funding towards planned training.  We currently top this up by a further 20% (as from January 2011) as we do not now charge VAT.
