Staff appraisals that gets results
A practical full day workshop that demonstrates how to increase bottom line profitability with the effective use of staff reviews and appraisals.
This workshop sets out to discover the benefits of having a staff appraisal system that actually works to the benefit of both parties rather than one that simply goes through the motions
Agreeing appropriate objectives and making effective use of appraisals can dramatically improve your business performance and profitability. .
It also helps to establish clear, well defined objectives that help employees focus on specific tasks and corporate goals. A structured appraisal system can quantifiably help employees feel that their contribution is both recognised and valued while at the same time identify any weakness or issues they may be facing enabling a solution to be found.
This practical full day workshop - with no embarrassing role play - considers how to identify and establish objectives, the different styles of appraisal – including 360 degree, how to implement a system and finally how to carry out an appraisal interview.
This is not a dry procedural workshop with an emphasis on systems but rather an enlightening journey of the opportunities offered by the effective use of staff appraisal and review. It is delivered from a non – HR perspective and includes practical sessions on conducting an interview – from both sides – including communication skills and body language as well as contributory suggestions on style and content.
Who is it aimed at:
The ‘pitch’ and ‘content’ is especially aimed at the non – HR specialist who undertakes staff appraisals / reviews as part of their ‘everyday’ job. This could be the sales manager, department head, line manager or team leader etc
