This intensive half day practical workshop is written and delivered from a 'been there still doing it' user’s perspective rather than a text book 'perfect world' scenario.
During the session we will consider the key reasons for attending the trade show. There are 3 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to most exhibitions - we identify yours.
We also look at the difference between face to face selling in the office and on an exhibition stand and what planning we need to undertake prior to arriving at the Show Ground.
In section 2 we consider the personal approach. This includes strategic tactics such as how to stand, where to wear your name badge, what to wear and how to sort the real Prospects from the 'tyre kickers' A 43 page resource manual accompanies the workshop complete with a checklist template and action planner.
