As David says, ‘delivering keynote presentations for a diverse range of audiences, throughout the World, we are aware that audiences tend to rate 80% of a presentation on the presenter’s style and just 20% on the content. This means we have to work especially hard at ‘getting the message across’ That’s why we go to great lengths to find out as much as we can about the audience before we start creating the presentation’

He has presented all over the World, throughout the UK as part of a year long CPD programme, delivered 20 minute bite size sessions in a tent, delivered extra sessions when Channel Island fog prevented other speakers arriving (that’s why he is known as ‘have laptop will travel’ – he always travels with ‘backup’ presentations prepared) and, where possible, provides all his own equipment including large screen and PA system. You could say he’s ‘the complete presenter'
And there’s more. David is currently trialling ‘the naked presenter’ Replacing printed handouts, this new concept enables attendees to view and download the presentation – complete with slides and actual commentary - for up to 7 days after the event. This means the audience can concentrate 100% on the presentation and not worry about missing an important piece of information or verbal comment. Back home or in the office, they can review it again, as many times as they want, in their own time and at their own pace. This valuable resource will be available during 2010.
