What is business coaching
It’s more effective than training. It’s very much hands on and deals with practical applications rather than stuffy theory - something that anyone can obtain from a book or download from the Internet. What we do is look at the individual. Their own approach and how they currently deal with a specific task or responsibility.
What we don’t do is try and ‘teach grandmother to suck eggs’ (- ‘To offer needless assistance; to waste one's efforts upon futile matters; especially, to offer advice to an expert’) we then offer a tailored solution to their needs.
It could be joining with us on one of many relevant business skill development seminars and workshops we deliver around the UK or possibly a more personalised approach where we are able to spend time with the person in the work place to offer a tailored solution.
